Germany's economy will recover in the second half of 2021, the Ifo Institute says, even after businesses unexpectedly became more pessimistic about the prospects for growth amid a high rate of coronavirus infections. "We expect the vaccinations to be more or less complete in the summer," Ifo President Clemens Fuest said on Bloomberg Television.
